History of Switch
  

Switch Consulting was established in 2008 by Gilbert Murray and Martin Wells with the ethos of providing a flexible, professional and trustworthy approach to Retail Operations and Head Office recruitment. In 2009 Alex Foxell joined as a partner to establish our Head Office capability.

By the beginning of 2010 Switch Consulting had established itself on the PSL of a number of large blue chip retailers as well as developed strong working relationships with a wide range of SME and niche retail brands across the retail spectrum.

During 2010 we opened two dedicated offices in Central London and in Birmingham to extend our reach and service to clients and candidates and hired Paul Turner to manage our Midlands retail operations function.

2011 witnessed further growth with the addition of Chris Shaw to manage our Leisure & Hospitality Business and Ana Wells as Senior Consultant Head Office. We are very well set to grow rapidly in the future through delivering our proposition and dedication to our clients and candidates.
